摘要
在Fe_2O_3-CaO-SiO_2-B_2O_3-P_2O_5五元系统中制备用于温热治疗肿瘤的铁磁体微晶玻璃,实践证明,在1500℃熔制1h就可以得到无气泡、无结石、粘度很小的钙铁硅玻璃。在这个系统中能形成玻璃的氧化铁最高含量为40wt%,超出这个范围,在成形冷却时玻璃中将析出磁铁矿和赤铁矿晶相。
The ferromagnetic glass-ceramics,used in hyperthermia for tumor, was prepared in Fe2O3-CaO-SiO2-B2O3-P2O5 system. It was proved that the glasses without bubbles or stones with suitable viscosity for refining could be prepared by melting it at 1500℃ for 1h. 40wt% was the content limit of Fe2O3 within which glass without devitrification may be obtained. The crystals of magnetite and hematite would appear in glass when it forms once the limit is exceed.
