摘要
诚信是德育教育的重要内容,也是法律的基本原则。本文在辨别法律诚信与道德诚信的基础上,探讨了诚信教育的法律意义,并认为诚信是法律本质特性的体现,是构建法治国家的精神基石。
Integrity is the important content of moral education as well as the basic principle of law.On the basis of the identification of the legal integrity and moral integrity,this paper is to explore the legal sense of the integrity education,and show that integrity is the embodiment of legal nature characteristic as well as the spritual cornerstone of building a country ruled by law.
