摘要
目的:建立同时测定妇康片中芍药苷和阿魏酸含量的测定方法。方法:采用Phenomsil C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(17∶83)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长230 nm。结果:芍药苷在9.3~74.4 mg·L-1呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 6),平均回收率98.47%,RSD 1.34%。阿魏酸在5.2~41.6 mg·L-1呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 5),平均回收率97.96%,RSD 1.44%。结论:本法简便、灵敏、准确、重复性好,可用于妇康片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a determination method for paeoniflorin and Ferulic acid in Fukang tablets. Method: The determination was performed on a Phenomsil Cls column with acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid (17: 83) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was at 230 nm. Result: Paeoniflorin presented a good linearity in the concentration range of 9.3-74.4 mg· L-1. The average rate of recovery was 98.47% with RSD 1.34%. Ferulic acid presented a good linearity in the concentration range of 5.2-41.6 mg.L-1. The average rate of recovery was 97.96% with RSD 1.44%. Conclusion: This method was simple, accurate and reproducible, it can be used as the basis for quality control of Fukang tablets.
