摘要
各类专业人才是加快推进产业集群发展的关键,产业集群环境又具有吸引和凝聚人才的能力。在建立产业集群环境人才吸引力指标体系的基础上,采用主成分分析法,对河南省的产业集群环境人才吸引力能力差异进行了评价和分析。
All kinds of talents are the key factors to accelerate industrial clusters development. The industrial clusters have the ability to attract and unite talents. This paper constructs indicators on evaluation attraction to talent based on industrial cluster environment, and adopts principal component analysis to evaluate and analyze the differences of attraction to talent based on industrial cluster environment.
