摘要
目的 :临床应用国产机器人系统 (CRAS -BH型 )辅助完成脑外科立体定向手术。方法 :机器人系统主要由影像引导装置、三维定位软件和智能机械臂等部分组成。手术时 ,机器人系统通过识别贴附于患者头部的标志点 ,建立相应的三维坐标体系 ;智能机械臂按照手术规划自动地锁定 ,为术者准确导航并提供操作平台。结果 :临床成功应用机器人辅助完成脑立体定向手术 40例 ,包括脑肿瘤内放疗、脑内病变活检、脑脓肿抽吸、脑内血肿排空、金属异物取出等手术。结论 :利用机器人辅助完成脑立体定向手术 ,具有减轻病人手术痛苦 ,方便术者操作 ,提高手术安全性等优点。
Aim: The clinical use of a domestic robot system (model CRAS BH) for assistance of brain stereotactic operations. Methods: The robot system was mainly composed of an image guiding device, 3D software and an intellectual mechanical arm. During the operation, the robot system distinguished the marks attached to the patient's head and set up relative 3D coordinate. According to the plan of the operation, the mechanical arm was locked automatically, to supply doctors with precise navigation and an operative platform. Results: 40 cases of stereotactic operations were successfully performed with the help of the robot. These operations included intratumoral irradiation, biopsy of brain lesion, evacuation of abscess or haemorrhagia, and removal of foreign body. Conclusion: There were several advantages of using the robot in brain stereotactic operations, such as to relieve patient's pain, to convenient doctors' management and to increase the operative safety.
