运动对去势大鼠椎体生物力学性能影响的实验 被引量:3

摘要 为了观察运动对去势大鼠椎体生物力学性能的影响,并探讨其机理,选择体重(240±20)g的雌性大鼠如将3月龄雌性SD大鼠96只,体重(240±20)g,按体重随机分成假手术组(Sham组)、模型组(Model组)、己烯雌酚组(DES组)和运动组(EX组),每组24只。假手术组仅切除卵巢附近一团脂肪,其余组均切除双侧卵巢。术后按不同要求灌胃给药或运动,按批次分别于8周、12周和16周后处死大鼠,每次每组8只,对各组大鼠第3腰椎行生物力学性能检测,统计分析各组数据。结果表明:运动组能明显提高去势大鼠椎体的生物力学性能,且随干预时间延长效果明显。结论:合理的运动能减少去卵巢大鼠骨质丢失,减缓骨质量的降低速度,防治骨质疏松症。 In order to study the effects of exercise on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats and explore its mechanism,96 female SD rats(3-months old) weighting 240±20g were divided into 4 groups,twenty-four rats for each group:sham operation(Sham),ovary resection(Model),Diethy lstilestrol(DES) and exercise(EX).A piece of fat was cut on Sham and the uterus was cut on other groups.Each group was fed according to various demands after operation.Next step is to compare with the results of each group after 8 weeks,12 weeks and 16 weeks.The result showed that exercise could improve the biochemical quality of ovarietomized rats significantly,and the longer the experiment run,the effects were more obvious.It is concluded that appropriate exercise could inhibited the losses of bone mass,slowed down the descent of bone quality,and prevented the osteoporosis.
