摘要
目的使用乌司他丁对体外循环心脏手术中对心肌进行保护,并对其对心肌的保护作用进行评价。方法选取我院接受风湿性心脏病治疗的患者65例,其中35例患者在手术过程中使用乌司他丁,剩余的30例患者未使用乌司他丁,前者作为观察组,后者作为对照组。比较两组患者的IL-6、IL8、TNF-α、LDH、CK-MB、eTnl水平,记录两组患者心脏复跳及术后患者正性肌力作用药物的使用量。并将两组患者的各项数值指标使用SPSS统计学软件进行t检验,取P=0.05。结果治疗组患者的心肌细胞较对照组心肌细胞保护明显,统计学结果P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论乌司他丁在体外循环心脏手术中对患者的心肌可以起到明显的保护作用。
