阿托伐他汀对老年冠心病并阵发性房颤的临床研究被引量：3

摘要目的探讨阿托伐他汀对老年冠心病并阵发性房颤患者房颤复发率的影响。方法将49例老年冠心病并阵发性房颤患者分为治疗组、对照组,两组患者均在冠心病常规药物治疗基础上加用阿托伐他汀40mg/d,4周后改为20mg/d,口服阿托伐他汀总时间为12个月以上;对照组为不规律口服阿托伐他汀,总时间少于12周。观察两组临床疗效。结果研究组窦性心律维持率明显高于对照组。阵发性房颤窦性维持率治疗组明显高于对照组。治疗组发生心血管事件明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀在治疗老年冠心病并阵发性房颤,在调脂同时,还具降低房颤复发率、减少心血管事件发生的作用。
