摘要
应用型本科院校的商科人才培养可以将职业经理人作为培养目标,充分发挥其行业性、实践性、社会性的特点,以创办一个企业项目为抓手,构建一个学校与社会互动、理论与实践互动、教师与学生互动的商科人才培养模式。
Application-oriented universities should take the training of ＂professional managers＂ as their goals in cultivating business talents. In the talents training process, it will give such characteristics as professionalism, practicality and sociality into full play. Besides, universities could take the project of ＂starting a company＂ as the starting point to construct interactions respectively between universities and society, theory and practice, and teachers and students. It will allow students to develop under the training model of simultaneous learning and practicing, so as to meet the social needs of business talents continuously.
