摘要
本文采用电流传送器CCII+/-的模块单元设计实现高阶椭圆函数滤波器,实现方法为对所设计的无源高阶滤波器用信号图(SFG)进行模块化综合,用电流传送器CCII+/-实现SFG中的各个模块单元。所实现的有源CCII+/-滤波器中所有电阻,电容都接地,适于全集成。
This paper presents a methodology to design and realize high order elliptic function filters using the modularized unit of current conveyors. At first, following the signal flow graph, modularized passive higher-order filters are synthesized and then SFG module units are constructed using CCII one after another. All resistors and capacitors in the proposed active CCII filter are grounded. Therefore, this technique is suitable for use in circuit integration.
