以水、乙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇为分散介质 ,聚乙二醇、尿素、BRIJ35为分散剂 ,研究了SiC晶须 (SiCw)的有效分散 ;用Al2 (SO4) 3水解成Al(OH) 3溶胶 ,尝试在SiCw表面涂覆Al2 O3,以提高SiCw
Dispersing processing of SiC whisker is studied by using several dispersion media (distilled water, ethyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol,n butyl alcohol) and dispersers (polyethylence glycol,urea,BRIJ35).SiC whisker is coated with Al 2O 3 after precipitation of Al(OH) 3 sol from hydrolysate of Al 2(SO 4) 3 solution, so as to effectively increase the relative density of SiCw ZTA sintered composite.
