摘要
应用DYNAFORM软件对汽车刹车盘拉深成形过程进行有限元数值模拟,通过对成形过程中圆角半径和形状毛坯的改变,对比不同工艺参数下对拉深质量的影响,从而可以预测潜在的成形缺陷,如:开裂、起皱和回弹等问题,最后得出较优的方案,缩短了模具设计及调试周期,降低了模具制造成本。
The deep-drawing process of the auto brake was numerically simulated by DY-NAFORM software. Through the change of corner radius and shape of the blank, the influ-ence of different process parameters on drawing quality were compared, and the potential forming defects such as crack, wrinkle and springback could be predicted and then the bet-ter scheme could be obtained, which shortens the die design and debug period and reduces the die manufacturing cost.
