摘要
采用水溶液聚合 ,以 N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂 ,用部分中和的丙烯酸 ,丙烯酰胺为单体 ,制成交联型耐盐高吸水树脂。通过正交实验确定了合成的最佳条件 ,树脂的吸盐水率和吸纯水率分别在1 40 g/ g和 1 2 70 g/ g以上。
A super salt-solution-absorbent resin was synthesized by means of watersolution polymerization,in which the crosslinking agent was N,N′-methylene bisacrylamide,acrylic acid was netralized partly and acrylamide was main monomors.The optimum condition was investigated by perpendicular tests.The absorption amount of the resin was more than 1 270 g/g amd 100 g/g in case of deionizing water and 0.9% NaCl solution respectively.
