Research on low-temperature solubility of bulk coal dust suppressant and application

摘要 采用高温热处理方法对淀粉进行热法非晶化改性,考察了热处理温度、时间、体系水分对非晶化改性玉米淀粉冷水溶解度和黏度的影响,利用X射线衍射和偏光显微镜检测了热处理后淀粉的晶体结构、偏光形貌.结果表明:热处理后的淀粉颗粒形貌和晶体结构均发生显著非晶化变化,其冷水溶解度显著提高,溶液的黏度稳定性得到改善,淀粉最优冷水溶解度的热处理条件为:加热温度为220℃,加热时间为4h,体系水分为12.4%.对运煤列车喷洒淀粉基抑尘剂后,运煤列车通过隧道时隧道内煤粉尘的质量浓度由256.4mg/m3降低到30.5mg/m3,喷洒淀粉基抑尘剂对煤质无影响. In order to solve the low solubility of starch based dust suppressant in cold water and its high viscosity during preparation process and spraying application, the heating treatment method was used for non-crystal modification of starch, which is the main raw material for dust suppressant preparation. The effects of heating temperature, time and moisture on cold water solubility and the solution viscosity of non-crystal modification starch were investigated. The XRD and polarizing microscope were employed to examine the crystal structure and particles morphology changes of starch after heat treatment. The results show that morphology and crystal structure of starch granules are significantly changed by heat. The viscosity stability and the dissolvability in low temperature water of the starchy solidifying agent solution are im- proved dramatically. The optimum heat treatment conditions of heating temperature, time and moisture for starch solubility in cold water are 220 ℃, 4 hours, 12.4%, respectively. The ap- plication of the starch based dust suppressant in the railway coal transportation decreases the coal dust concentration inside the tunnel from 256.4 mg/m^3 to 30.5 mg/m^3. The starch based dust suppressant has no effect on coal properties.
