摘要
证明可以用两个普遍适用的矩阵———在常数势区域传播波函数的矩阵和使波函数越过势不连续处的矩阵 ,对一系列势垒问题建立起 1种精确的变换矩阵表述 .用这种方法在讨论一些简单问题时可以很方便地得到一些标准的结果 ,而且很容易将讨论推广到两个 ,甚至多个势垒 (例如 ,Kronig_Penney势 )的情况 ,有利于拓宽我们的研究领域 .
The paper introduces a simplified and exact transfer matrix formalism.That can be used to study a series of one dimensional potential barrier problems with only two general purpose matrices one to propagate a wave function over a region of constant potential,the other to take a wave function over a discontinuity in a potential.Not only are standard results recovered for one potential barrier problem with this technique,but it is easy to extend this formalism into two,even more many potential barier cases,which facilitates wide ranging explorations of one dimensional quantum mechanics.
