摘要
对第二军医大学长海医院外科学教研室在住院医师规范化培训中应用标准化病人以及客观结构化临床考试的情况进行了分析,从撰写培训素材、培训步骤、标准化病人的评估等几个方面,较为详细地介绍了通过培训医学生志愿者做标准化病人,以及将之与模拟器相结合的应用,指出基于标准化病人的客观结构化临床考试是一种客观、高效的考评模式,可以作为住院医师规范化培训中临床能力考核的重要手段。
In this article,the application of standardized patients（SP）in the training of surgical residents in Changhai Hospital of The Second Military Medical University was analyzed.We described the training methods of SP in detail,including scenario setting,training steps and evaluation of SPs.Medical student volunteers were trained to play the role of SPs,who were combined with simulators.The objective structured clinical examination based on SPs has been proved to be an objective and effective assessment method,and could be used in evaluation of the clinical skills of surgical residents.
