摘要
建设项目的设计阶段对工程造价起到了决定性的作用,其中设计图纸的工程量计算对工程造价的影响占有很大比例。对建设项目而言,预算超支现象十分普遍,而缺乏可靠的成本数据是造成成本超支的重要原因[1]。建筑信息模型(BIM)作为一种变革性的生产工具将对建设工程项目的成本核算过程产生深远影响。本文探讨了以BIM为平台开发工程量计算软件的技术可行性,对比当前其它平台的工程量计算软件的优缺点,提出了一种新的基于BIM模型的建筑软件开发平台模式。
The design phase has played a decisive role in the control of the cost that the quantities calculation of construction project takes a large proportion. It is a common phenomenon for construction projects to overrun its planned budgets where lack of reliable cost data is one of the most important reasons[1]. As a revolutionary tools^-~building information modeling（BIM） will have deep impacts on costing process. The technical feasibility of quantities calculation based on BIM is discussed.Software of quantities calculation on others platform is contrasted, and then the new mode of the BIM-based architectural software development platform is put forward.
