摘要
本文采用^(125)碘-脱氧尿嘧啶核苷(^(125)I-UdR)释放试验,观察从雷公藤中提取的活性T_4单体在体内体外对小鼠脾细胞NK活性的影响。结果发现,T_4单体并非完全表现抑制效应,而呈剂量依赖性的双向调节作用。即小剂量增强NK细胞毒百分比,提高小鼠脾细胞群的溶解单位数(LU)及相对细胞毒活性(RCA);而较大剂量则具有抑制作用,剂量越大,抑制越明显。T_4单体的双向调节作用为重新评价雷公藤的药用价值及今后的临床应用提供了新的、有意义的实验依据。
Effects of monomer T4 on NK activity of mouse splenocytes were determined both in vitro and in vivo by means of a classical I-UdR release assay. The results showed that monomer T4 exhibited dose-dependent double-regulatory inhibiting enhancing effects, ie, T4 of low dosage enhanced the percentage of NK cytoto-xicity and LU numbers, while a high dosage showed dose-dependent inhibition. The double-regulatory effects of monomer T4 might be important for evaluation of the therapeutic effects of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook in future clinical practice.
