摘要
为了防止强力带式输送机在运转过程中发生纵向撕裂,从输送带的微观结构入手,阐明纵向撕裂的机理,分析输送带的受力状态和撕裂原因,以减小强力带式输送机发生纵向撕裂的风险,并提出了预防纵向撕裂的措施。
To prevent the belt of the powerful belt conveyor from being torn longitudinally,the paper expounded the longitudinal tearing mechanism and analyzed the force status and tearing cause of the belt from the microstructure of the belt,so as to reduce the risk of longitudinal tearing of the belt of the powerful belt conveyor.In addition,it offered measures to prevent the longitudinal tearing of the belt.
