摘要
目的探讨慢性牙周病的临床特点和有效的临床治疗。方法通过对我院门诊就诊的230例慢性牙周病患者的治疗前后检查牙周组织变化情况和综合治疗结果进行比较。结果 230例牙周病患者经过综合治疗后治愈患牙186颗,总有效率达87.7%;治疗后患者的牙周袋深度、牙龈指数和牙龈出血指数均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论早期诊断加以综合治疗,能够促使慢性牙周病的康复;同时牙周病的预防也很重要,应重视口腔卫生,定期口腔检查和洁治。
Objective： To investigate the clinical features and effective therapy of chronic periodontitis. Methods： The change of periodontal tissues and clinical curative effect in 230 chronic periodontitis were contrasted before and after the treatment. Results ： After the treatment the total effective was 87.7% ; the depth of periodontal pocket, gingival index and gingival bleeding index were significantly better than those before the treatment. Conclusion： Early diagnosis and combined modality therapy induce the rehabilitation of chronic periodontitis and the prevention of chronic periodontitis is very impor- tant, in which attention must be paid to oral hygiene, periodicity oral examination and gingival sealing.
