摘要
目的观察探讨玻璃纤维桩在前牙修复中的临床效果。方法选取2011年6月～2011年12月收治的68例需进行前牙修复的患者(98颗患牙),随机将其分为观察组34例(53颗患牙)和对照组34例(45颗患牙),观察对比两组治疗效果。结果两组疗效比较差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论使用玻璃纤维桩修复前牙的治疗效果显著,并发症少,不容易脱落和促使牙龈变色。
Objective Observation of glass fiber post in the restoration of anterior teeth clinical effect.Methods In our hospital from 2011June to 2011December,68 cases of anterior teeth restoration of patients（98 teeth）,were randomly divided into the observation group34 cases（53 teeth） and34 cases of the control group（45 teeth）,control group using metal pile treatment,observation and contrast the treatment effects of two groups.Results Comparison of the two groups had significant difference（P0.05）,with statistical significance.Conclusion The use of glass fiber post in restoration of anterior teeth with significant therapeutic effect,less complications,not easy to fall off and induce gingival discoloration
