摘要
为了实现换刀机器人与数控机床群的信息交换,研制了一个无线传感器网络。每台数控机床和换刀机器人都安装了一个传感器节点,数控机床传感器节点动态感知和采集数控机床的加工状态和换刀信息,并传输给换刀机器人的汇聚节点。换刀机器人一旦接收到换刀指令,立即执行数控机床的换刀任务,并将数控机床群感知采集的加工状态和换刀信息,通过GPRS传输到数控机床群远程控制中心,实现数控机床群远程实时监控。
In order to realize information exchange between tool changing robot and the CNC ma chine tool group ,a wireless sensor network has been developed.Then a sensor node is mounted at each nu mericallycontrolled machine tool and tool changing robot,which will perceive in dynamic and gather ma chining status of CNC machine tool and tool changing information,and transmit them to the collecting node of the tool changing robot.Once the robot receives the command for changing tool, tool changing will be done immediately.Meanwhile the machining status and tool changing information the CNC machine is transferred to remote longdistance realtime monitoring for CNC control center of the CNC machine machine tools is realized. perceived and gathered by tools through GPRS,thus
