摘要 对薄圆盘形零件的车削加工工艺和夹具进行了研究。通过对薄圆盘形零件在加工过程中产生变形原因的分析,优化了工艺过程。通过对不同的夹紧方式和夹紧力对零件变形影响的计算分析,为薄圆盘类零件车削夹具的设计提供了理论依据。在此基础上,经反复试验和摸索,总结和制定了一套薄圆盘形零件车削加工的工艺方法,收到了满意的效果。 The study is conducted on the turning process of the thin disk part and related fixture.The optimization is done on the turning process through investigating the reason why the thin disk part deforms in manufacturing process.Theoretical support is provided for designing the fixture for turning thin disk part by the numerical analysis about the effects of different clamping mode and clamping force on the deformation of thin disk part.On this basis,a set of process method for turning thin disk part is developed by a lot of experimental and verification works.The results are satisfied.
