摘要
白水峪水电站3台混流式水轮机组,投运后的第10年发现了多个水轮机固定导叶有贯穿性裂纹,相关科研和技术人员一起分析了该裂纹发生的原因,提出了具体针对性的处理方案。修复处理后的固定导叶经多年运行,未发现再次发生裂纹现象。
Baishuiyu Power Station has three Francis Turbine. After 9 years of operation, penetrating cracks were found on the surface of many stay vanes. The reasons of cracks were analyzed and measurements proposed. The repaired stay vane had been operated normally for many years and similar fault never happened again.
