摘要
目的 :探讨医源性胆管损伤的手术时机和手术方式。方法 :对 10 3例医源性胆管损伤病人进行回顾性分析。结果 :10 3例胆管损伤 ,其中 2例非手术治疗 ,2例腹腔镜胆囊切除损伤手术疗效差 ,6例死亡外 ,其余病例选择了正确的手术时机和手术方法全部治愈。结论 :胆管损伤后 ,要根据损伤的不同病理类型 ,选择正确的手术时机和术式 ,才能获得良好效果。
Objective:In order to improve the curative effect,how to surgically treat the iatrogenic bileduct damages by proper methods and in proper time were discussed in this paper.Methods:103 cases of iatrogenic bileduct damage were reviewed and analyzed in this paper.Results:In 103 cases of iatrogenic bileduct damage,2 cases were cured by internal medicine treatment,6 cases were died and 2 cases damaged by laparoscopy were not satisfied cured,and the other cases were cured by proper operation methods and in proper time.Conclusion:Data in thies paper suggested that in order to get the best curative effect,proper surgery methods should be performed in proper time according to different damage types.
