摘要
目的 :调查 6 1只成人整脑 12 2个壳和苍白球的形态与位置 ,明确两者在脑内空间的位置关系 ,为脑立体定向手术提供形态学资料。方法 :在三维切面上作 2 m m厚的连续切片 ,获得原始资料 ,通过统计 ,并经还原、重建和叠加。结果 :获得二核团的空间投影轮廓叠加图。结论 :揭示了壳和苍白球在三维切面上的空间投影轮廓的重叠关系。
Objective: Space formation and positon of putamen and globus pallidus involved in 61 whole adult brains are investigated to provide valuable morphological data for stereotactic operations of brains. Methods: Original data are obtained from serial 3 dimensional sections of adult brains with each cut in slice at 2mm in thickness. The data are then counted, refurred and reconstructed. Results: The pictures of the space formation and position of the 2 nuclei are drawn by means of adding and projecting. Conclusion: The result provides valuable reference for the stereotactic operations of brains.
