摘要
目的:分析我院抗抑郁药的应用现状与发展趋势。方法:采用世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐的限定日剂量(DDD)为指标的分析方法,对我院2008—2010年抗抑郁药的应用进行回顾性分析。结果:抗抑郁药用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)均逐年增加,新型抗抑郁药的应用增幅较大,成为治疗抑郁症用药的主流;三环类抗抑郁药及四环类抗抑郁药的应用逐年减少。结论:新型抗抑郁药临床应用前景广阔,临床上应根据抗抑郁药的特点及药物经济学指标制定个体化给药方案。
OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the status quo and developing tendency of the antidepressant drugs in our hospital.METHODS： The defined daily dose（DDD） recommended by WHO was used as index for retrospectively analysis of the application of antidepressant drugs during 2008-2010 period in our hospital.RESULTS： The consumption sum and DDDs of the antidepressants in our hospital increased year by year,much as in the consumption sum of the new antidepressants which showed larger increase and have become the major antidepressants;however,the consumption of tricyclic and tetracyclic antidepressants decreased year by year.CONCLUSION： The application of neotype antidepressants has broad prospect,and clinically,individualized dosing regimen of antidepressant drugs should be formulated based on drug characteristics and pharmacoeconomic index.
