摘要
糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)与糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)是糖尿病微血管病中最常见的两种并发症。由于二者都属于糖尿病微血管并发症,二者的发病机制和临床特征有相似性也有差异性,明确两者的相互关系和共同的影响因素有助于一者预测另一者的发生、发展,为临床治疗提供实际指导意义。
Diabetic retinopathy（DR） and diabetic nephropathy（DN） are two most common complications of diabetes microvascular illness . Because both belong to diabetes microvascular complications, the pathogenesis and clinical characteristics also have similarities between the two. Understanding the mutual relationship and common influencing factors can predict the others occurrence, development, and provide practical guide for clinical treatments .
