摘要
针对目前风电接入方案决策时的盲目性,考虑全寿命周期风电项目建设,并结合风电并网特点设立指标,建立了完整的决策指标体系。在模糊层次分析法中引入相容矩阵,并介绍了其计算步骤。改进的模糊层次分析法有效解决了基于三角模糊数的判断矩阵不易检验一致性的缺点,同时简化了计算过程。以近期实际工程为例,采用改进的模糊层次分析法进行风电接入方案的综合决策。算例分析结果表明,该指标体系理论清晰、计算方便。决策结果合理、可信,并且可以真实反映不同方案的特点与优劣,有效避免方案选择时的盲目性和经验主义。
In allusion to the blindness during the decision-making of grid-connection scheme for wind farm, a complete decision-making index system, which combined with the features of grid-connection of wind farm and considered the life-cycle of wind farm project, was established. The tolerance matrix was led into fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and its computation procedures were presented. The improved fuzzy AHP effectively remedied the defects that it was difficult to inspect the consistency by judgment matrix based on triangular fuzzy numbers and the computation process was simplified. Taking a recent actual engineering project for example, the comprehensive decision-making for grid-connection scheme of wind farm was performed by improved fuzzy AHP. Calculation results of the example showed that the proposed index system is clear in theory and easy to calculated; the decision-making results were reasonable and creditable, and could truly reflect the features and merits and demerits of different grid-connection schemes, thus both blindness and empiricism during the selection of scheme could be effectively prevented.
