银杏叶提取物对体外培养的肉仔鸡脾脏淋巴细胞增殖及分泌IL-2的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Ginkgo biloba extract on proliferation and IL-2 excretion of broiler spleen lymphocytes cultured in vitro

摘要 为研究银杏叶提取物(EGB)对体外培养的肉仔鸡脾脏淋巴细胞增殖及分泌白介素-2(IL-2)的影响,将不同质量浓度的EGB分别加入到体外培养的由伴刀豆球蛋白A(ConA)诱导的肉仔鸡脾脏淋巴细胞中,培养24 h、48 h和72 h后,再分别采用MTT法、ELISA法测定淋巴细胞增殖的变化和IL-2的分泌量。结果显示,质量浓度为3.33、6.67、13.33、20.00、26.67和33.33 mg.mL-1的EGB能显著促进由ConA诱导的肉仔鸡脾脏淋巴细胞增殖和分泌IL-2(P<0.05),其中质量浓度为20.00 mg.mL-1的EGB作用效果较好,表明EGB在体外能促进由ConA诱导的肉仔鸡脾脏淋巴细胞增殖和分泌IL-2。 An experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Ginkgo biloba extract (EGB) on prolif- eration and interleukin-2 (IL-2) excretion of broiler spleen lymphocyte cultured in vitro. Different concentrations of EGB were added into ConA-induced broiler spleen lymphocytes which were cultured in vitro. After 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours of culture, lymphocyte proliferation and IL-2 excretion were determined by MTT colori- metric assay and ELISA, respectively. The results showed that EGB with concentrations of 3.33, 6.67, 13.33, 20.00, 26.67 and 33.33 mg-mL-1 could stimulate ConA-induced proliferation and IL-2 excretion of broiler spleen lymphocyte significantly (P〈0.05). The effect of EGB with the concentration of 20.00 mg.mL^-1 was better than that of EGB with other concentrations. The study suggested that EGB could stimulate ConA-induced proliferation and IL-2 excretion of broiler spleen lymphocyte in vitro.
