摘要
目的探讨潜水员应对方式、应激与心理健康之间的关系。方法 296名潜水员完成了应对方式量表(CSQ),生活事件量表(LES)与症状自评量表(SCL-90)。结果潜水员在面临应激事件时倾向于采取成熟型应对方式,年龄较大(F=2.384,P<0.05)、文化程度较高(F=2.432,P<0.05)的潜水员更为显著。成熟型应对方式与心理健康呈负相关(r=-0.619,-0.298,P<0.01),不成熟型应对方式与心理健康呈正相关(r=0.309,0.269,0.243,P<0.01),应对方式与应激事件相关不显著;层级性多元回归分析表明,应对方式、应激事件以及二者之间的交互作用回归效应显著(F=25.486,23.008,22.663,P<0.01)。结论潜水员的心理健康受应对方式的影响,应对方式在应激与心理健康之间起调节作用。
Objective To explore the relationship between divers’ coping style,stress and mental health.Methods A total of 296 divers were tested with Perceived Coping Style Questionnaire（CSQ）,Life Event Scale（LES） and Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）.Results The divers were apt to use mature coping style,especially divers with older age and higher educational level.Mature coping style was negatively correlated to all factors of mental health.but immature coping style was positively correlated to all factors of mental health.Results of hierarchical multiple regression with SCL-90 as the dependent variables showed that coping style,stress,coping style×stress interaction were significant.Conclusion Divers’ coping style and the interaction between stress and mature coping style affect mental health.
