摘要
采用固相配位反应法合成了锂离子电池阴极材料LiMn2 O4 ,研究了前驱体的热解行为以及温度、锂含量和配位体用量对LiMn2 O4 性能的影响。结果表明 :该法在合成温度、煅烧时间、粒度大小及分布等方面均优于传统的高温固相反应合成法。
The spinel LiMn 2O 4 was prepared by solid state coordination method which has never been reported heretofore.The thermal analysis of the coordination precursor and the dependence of LiMn 2O 4 performance on the calcination temperature and lithium content as well as the quantity of citric acid were discussed in detail.It proved that this method had many advantages over the traditional high temperature solid state reaction method on such aspects as the synthetic temperature,calcination duration and particle size and its homogeneity,etc.
