摘要
目的 对重组乙肝表面抗原 (rHBsAg)稳定性进行研究 方法 对由重组CHO -G2 8细胞分泌表达的 6批rHBsAg稳定性进行实验分析 结果 rHBsAg在 4℃无菌状态下可保存 2年。 结论 rHBsAg4条特异多肽带完整 ,纯度及活性稳定性良好。
Stability tests have been conducted among six batches of rHBsAg secreted and expressed by recombinant CHO-C 28 cells.The results showed after being kept at 4℃ for 2 years,the shape of four specific poly peptide bands of rHBsAg revealed intact,and the purity and activity of rHBsAg remanied stable.
