摘要
目的探讨影响银屑病患者心理健康状况的有关社会因素。方法采用症状自评量表及自拟的有关社会因素，以标准问卷的形式由患者自评，通过１９９例有效问卷的调查和统计分析，比较两者之间的关系。结果 小学文化程度与大专以上文化程度的患者，在焦虑、敌意两方面差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）；个人收入较低者与中等及较高收入患者组在强迫、人际敏感、抑郁和精神病性四方面均存在显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）；人际关系一般的患者与良好的患者除躯体化、偏执、精神病性三方面差异不显著外，其余因子均有显著差异（Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。结论 注意改善人际关系、经济状况、文化程度等社会因素，有助于银屑病患者心理健康水平的提高。
Objective To study some social factors affecting psychic health in psoriasis patients. Methods 199 psoriasis patients were investigated by means of standardized personal interview evaluation to complete a symptom check list 90 (SCL-- 90) and a list of some related social factors. The related items were compared. Results The patients with a primary school level have higher scores in anxiety and hostility compared with patients with a graduated school one (P<0.05). The patients with a good and better economic condition had lower scores in obsession -- compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, depression and psychotism than those with a poor economic condition. Contrast to the patients with common personal relationship, the patients with good intercourse had obvious difference in all factors, except somatization, paranoid ideation and psychotism (P<0.05). Conclusion Attention to the related social factors such as personal relation, economic condition, education level will help to maintain a healthy psychic condition in the psoriasis patients.
