摘要
探讨不同类型弱视对比敏感度函数 (CSF)的变化。方法 :采用“视功能计算机检测系统”软件包 ,对斜视性弱视和屈光参差性弱视的CSF进行测试 ,并与正常对照组进行比较。结果 :正常对照组曲线峰值位于 3~ 6cpd。斜视性弱视CSF峰值及低频曲线与正常对照组相同 ,而高频区明显降低 ;屈光参差性弱视的整个CSF曲线均明显低于正常对照组。结论
Objective:To investigate the changes of contrast sensitivity function (CSF) between strabismic amblyopia and anisometropic amblyopia. Methods: The CSF of strabismic amblyopia and anisometropic amblyopia were performed by a software named `The Examination System of Visual Function by Computer', and compared with normal contrast group. Results: The CSF of normal contrast group showed the optimal contrast sensitivity at the middel frequency approximately 3~6 cpd. In the strabismic amblyopia, the CSF was essentially normal in low spatial frequency, but showed abnormalities in the high spatial frequency. In anisometropic amblyopia, the SCF was lower at all spatial frequencies. Conclusion: The different types of amblyopia might be subjected to different pathogenic mechanisms.
