摘要
采用共混法制备不同比率含量的纳米纤维素/天然橡胶(NCC/NR)复合材料,通过扫描电镜、力学性能、热稳定性以及动态力学性能的测定分析表明:纳米纤维素能较均匀分散在橡胶基质中,对天然橡胶起到较好的补强效果,复合材料的储能模量逐步增大,损耗因子逐步减小,纳米纤维素的加入对天然橡胶的热稳定性影响不大。
Blended natural rubber (NR) with different amount of nano - cellulose cellulose ( NCC ) were usea to prepare nano -crystalline cellulose/natural rubber (NCC/NR) composites. The resulting products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy ( SEM), mechanical property testing, thermo - gravimetric analysis and dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA). Results showed that NCC were homogeneously distributed throughout NR matrix, which led to the en- hancement on mechanical properties. Moreover, the storage modulus ( E' ) of composites went up with the increment of NCC loadings and loss factor (tang) decreases, and the addition of NCC had less impact on the thermal stability of NR matrix.
