摘要
目的 :建立新的HPLC分离测定氨苄西林及其降解产物的方法。方法 :色谱条件为 :Nova PakC18色谱柱 ;0 .0 2mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液 (pH4.5 ) 乙腈 (95∶5 )为流动相 ;检测波长为 2 30nm。结果 :在 0 .2 4~ 1.2 0mg·ml-1的浓度范围内线性关系良好 ,r =0 .9991,平均回收率为 10 0 .6 % (n =5 ) ,RSD =0 .47% ,重复进样RSD =0 .0 6 % (n =5 ) ,氨苄西林及其降解产物得到基线分离。结论 :本法简便、快速、准确 ,适用于氨苄西林的含量测定及其降解产物的检查。
OBJECTIVE:To develop a new HPLC method for the isolation and determination of ampicillin and its dergadation products.METHODS:Chromatographed conditions included column:Nova Pak C 18 ;mobile phase:0.02 mol·L -1 monobasic sodium phosphate (NaH 2PO 4) solution (pH4.5) acetonitrile (95∶5);detection wave lengths at 230 nm.RESULTS:There was a good linear relationship over the range of 0.24~1.20 mg·ml -1 ,r=0.9991.The average recovery was 100.6% with RSD 0.47%(n=5).The RSDfor repetition was 0.06%(n=5),ampicillin and its degradation products were isolated on base line.CONCLUSION:The method was simple,rapid,accurate and can be used to assay ampicillin and its degradation prouducts.
