摘要
考试作为一种衡量教育过程与结果质效的手段,对创新人才的培养影响重大。而高校现有的考试形式、考试内容严重制约了学生创新意识和创新能力培养和发展,不利于高校培养创新型人才。改革高校考试方式与考试制度势在必行。首先,坚持高校考试形式的多样性;其次,确立以创新能力考核为主体的考试内容;第三,加强高校考试管理。
As a tool of measuring education process and quality, examination has a great influence on the cultivation of innovative talents. The existing form and content of examination seriously restricts the development of students＂ innovative consciousness and innovative ability. It is imperative to reform college examination mode and system. First of all , maintaining that college examination have a variety of forms; secondly, establishing the innovation ability assessment for the main examination content; thirdly, strengthening examination management in universities.
