摘要
面对教育市场的激烈竞争,面对国家开放大学组建的新形势,远程开放教育招生机制系统化对于加强招生规范、管理、组织、创新、服务、可持续发展能力以及打造招生核心竞争力具有重要意义。要促进开放教育招生机制的系统化,做到科学招生,推动开放教育稳定发展,为国家开放大学的组建和发展做好招生方面的基础性工作。
In the face of fierce competition in the education market and establishment of National Open University, it is vital for a systematic mechanism of distance education to strengthen enrollment standards, management skills, organizational skills, innovation, service capacity, sustainable development and to build the core competitiveness of enrollment.
