摘要
目的:观察芍药甘草汤合甘麦大枣汤加减自拟方治疗帕金森病的临床疗效。方法:将68例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组34例采用美多巴片口服加药甘草汤合甘麦大枣汤加减自拟方汤药口服,对照组34例采用美多巴片口服,剂量为常规剂量,疗程为12周。结果:治疗组总有效率85.2%,对照组总有效率70.6%,治疗前后UPDRS、非运动症状简易评分积分治疗组较对照组有明显改善。结论:芍药甘草汤合甘麦大枣汤加减自拟方治疗帕金森病有较好的疗效。
Objective： To observe the effect of the Shaoyao Gancao decoction plus Ganmai Dazao decoction on treating PD.Methods： 68 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group（n=34） were treated with Madopar tablet plus the Ganmai Dazao decoction,control group of 34 cases with Madopar tablet dose of conventional-dose treatment for 12 weeks.Results： The total effective rate was 85.2% in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 70.6% in the control group,before and after treatment in UPDRS,the non-motor symptoms summary score points of treatment group was significantly improved.Conclusion： SGD plus Ganmai Dazao decoction has a good effect on treating PD.
