摘要
目的:探讨人工全膝关节置换治疗骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法:对2008年1月～2011年5月施行的15例人工膝关节置换临床资料进行回顾性总结和分析。结果:15例(16膝)中,优10膝(62.5%),良5膝(31.3%),可1膝(0.63%),优良率93.8%。结论:人工全膝置换术应用于严重骨性关节炎的治疗,能显著提高临床效果,改善患者生活质量,值得在临床上应用和推广。
Objective： To explore the clinical effect of total knee arthroplaty（ TKA ） in treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods： The clinical data were reviewed in 15 patients undergone TKA between Jan. 2008 and May. 2011. Results： By the Knee Society Clinical Rating System from Hospital for Special Surgery（HSS） and among the 15 patients of total 16 arthroplasties, functional recovery was excellent in 10 （62.5%） ,good in 5 （31.3%） and passable in 1 （0.63%）. Totally, 93.8% of the knees were excellently or better recovered. Conclusion： TKA for patients with severe osteoarthritis proves better clinical outcomes and can lead to improvement of life quality of patients, which is therefore worthy of wider clinical practice.
