摘要
随着非织造布生产线向大型、高速、高效的方向发展,产品布卷也趋向于采用以大卷径、大卷长,全幅宽不切边、不分切的形式下线,因此分切机成为生产线中不可或缺的一个重要环节。本文分析了分切机的功能与用途,并对其主要结构和控制系统进行了详细阐述,同时介绍了现阶段国内外的技术发展水平。
With nonwovens production line going for large-scale,high-speed and high efficiency,the nonwovens roll goods tend to be off-line with full width and no cutting and slitting,thus off-line slitter has been a significant part for the production line.Main function and application of off-line slitter were introduced in this paper,as well as technology development status quo.Besides,the structure and control system of this kind of device were stated in detail.
