摘要
针对传统水库调度仅考虑协调防洪和兴利的关系而忽视生态环境的问题,为减少水库对河流生态系统和自然水环境的影响,以黄南水库为例,初步建立了基于河道生态需水量的水库生态调度模型,采用分层序列法将多目标模型转化为单目标优化模型求解。结果表明,确定水库生态优化调度方案是维护或改善河流健康、协调各兴利因子的关键。
The traditional reservoir regulation ignores ecology environment and only coordinates relationship between benefit promotion and flood control.In order to alleviate the influence of reservoir on river ecosystem and natural water environment,reservoir ecological dispatching model is established based on ecological water need of river by taking a multiple purpose reservoir for an example.The multi-objective model is converted to single-goal optimization model for solution with multi-layer sequence method.The results show that the optimized reservoir scheduling is the key to maintain and improve river health,and to coordinate the related beneficial factors.
