摘要
分析了一种微型电机金属外壳的冲压成形工艺,设计了大拉深级进冲裁模。该模具结构及工作原理虽然相对复杂,但采用"机械手"送进时,可以做到送进稳妥,避免了中间拉断或"掉底";加工出来的壳体零件表面亮丽、壁厚均匀;该模具制作比较容易,模具寿命长,且加工的零件质量好,生产效率高。对同类产品的加工具有参考价值。
A kind of stamping process for micro motor metal shell was analyzed and a set progressive blanking die was designed.Though the die structure was relatively complicated,the safety feed was realized and the breakage of the middle or"off the bottom" were avoided using the" manipulator" feeding,and the bright shell surface,uniform wall thickness were obtained.The die is easy to be manufactured,and has a long life,with whom the high-quality parts are obtained and high productivity is achieved.The die can be a reference for the same kind.
