摘要
目的调查分析因社会因素行剖宫产者的心理状态,探索减少因社会因素而导致剖宫产的影响。方法对100例因社会因素影响剖宫产患者进行心理状态调查,以掌握此类产妇心理状态。结果表明社会因素确实影响产妇剖宫产所占的比例较大。结论依据调查结果及原因分析,建议从孕妇本人及家属、医务工作者、医疗卫生主管部门等多方面着手,采取切实措施,降低因社会因素而增加剖宫产比率。
Objective To analyze the metal status of U-D and decrease the affection of social factors on U-D. Methods 100 cases of such patient were investigated in mental status. Results The results showed that the social factors had great affection on ratio of U-D. Conclusion According to the results and analysis,the measures should be taken from patient,relatives,medical staffs and managers to decrease the U-D ratio due to social factors.
