葡萄籽中原花色素的树脂纯化工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]筛选能够纯化葡萄籽中原花色素的树脂,并研究用树脂纯化的工艺方法。[方法]利用5种大孔吸附树脂(S-8、NKA-9、AB-8、X-5、D4006)对原花色素进行静态吸附及解吸试验;以AB-8型大孔吸附树脂为分离介质,完成原花色素的动态吸附和解吸试验。[结果]AB-8型树脂是较适宜的纯化填料,最佳工艺是:原花色素水溶液浓度为2.5 mg/ml,以2.0 BV/h的流速流下,使树脂吸附达到饱和;解吸时先用水淋洗,解吸剂乙醇浓度为80%,以1.0 BV/h的流速缓慢流下,解吸剂用量为1.0 BV。[结论]AB-8型大孔树脂对葡萄籽中原花色素的精制具有明显的作用。 [Objective] To screen out the resin which could purify the proanthocyanidin in grape seeds and study its purification technology. [ Method ] A static absorption and desorption test was conducted of proanthocyanidin by five kinds of macroporous adsorption resins (S-8, NKA- 9, AB-8, X-5 and D4006) with AB-8 as the separating medium. [ Result] AB-8 was the optimal packing, the resin saturated under the conditions of 2.5 mg/ml proanthocyanidin solution at the flow rate of 2.0 BV/h. During the desorption process, resin was washed by water firstly and then 1.0 BV of 80% ethanol solution was used as desorption agent at a flow rate of 1.0 BV/h. [ Conclusion] AB-8 plays an important role in the puri- fication of macroporous resin in grape seeds.
