摘要
在试验的基础上,给出了焊接电弧光谱的频域及空间分布的测试结果,分析了焊接电弧光谱的结构。通过分析得出了TIG焊电弧光谱空间分布的差异性和MIG焊电弧光谱空间分布的相似性,着重指出MIG焊电弧光谱与熔滴过渡之间存在密切关系。此外,还对焊接电弧光谱特征的应用提出了方向。
On the basic of experiments, the testing results of welding are cross-spectrum distribution of various are cross-section along wavelength window are presented. The sepctrum structures and the differences between TIG and MIG welding are are analysed. The corresponding relations between metal transfer and welding are spectrum structure are pointed out especially. Meanwhile, the potential applications have also the proposed.
