摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS计算了高压水泵用机械密封环的耦合变形,并分析了介质压力、主轴转速、密封环材料、冲洗量等因素对变形的影响,在此基础上提出了控制密封环变形的方法,对高压水泵用机械密封的设计起到指导作用。
Coupled deformation of mechanical seal on high-ressure pump was calculated using ANSYS which is a tool for finite element anslysis, the effects of sealing pressure, shaft speed, flushing and material properties on deformation were discussed. At the base of that, the measures of controlling deformation were presented. This thesis is useful for research, design and application of mechanical seal for high-pressure pump.
