摘要
分析了广西气象灾害的种类和危害,提出了建设农村气象灾害预防体系的建议,如做好灾害防御的规划工作、加强农村信息员队伍建设、推进气象科技创新及其成果的转化、完善农村基础设施建设和强化气象防灾减灾科普知识宣传,为减少气象灾害损失提供了依据。
The types and harmfulness of meteorological disasters in Guangxi were analyzed. And several proposals of construction the defense system in rural were put forward, such as making a good job of planning,strengthening troop construction of rural information member, pro- moting scientific and technological innovations and the commercialization of re- search findings, perfecting the rural infrastructure construction, strengthening propaganda popularization knowledge of meteorological disasters prevention and reduction. The study provides a basis for reducing the loss caused by meteorologi- cal disasters.
