摘要
这篇文章综述了针对薯蓣皂甙元(俗称为皂素)制取传统工艺产生大量废水和发酵过程产生的有机质,对环境,尤其是水质产生严重污染。2008年以来在薯蓣皂甙元清洁制备工艺和综合利用研究方面的新进展,对皂素生产企业开发清洁生产新工艺有重要参考价值。
The paper aimed at the wastewater that comes from traditional process of production of diosgenin from Yam and the organic matter from ferment.which polluted the environment,ever the water inparticula.The paper reviewed the recent progress in the cleaner production of diosgen from Yam and the synthetical using research since 2008,which was very worthful in producing the diosgenin unpollutedly.
